Upon receipt of your reservation request a representative from Ocoee Adventure Travel will contact you within 48 business hours to assist in planning your Costa Rica itinerary.

Deposits:  To confirm a reservation a $700 dollar deposit is required for scheduled trips or a 50% deposit for custom itineraries.  The balance of your trip payment is due 60 days prior to the trip departure date.  If reservations are made within 60 days of departure date, payment in full is required at the time of booking.

Ocoee Adventure Travel Cancellation and Refund Policy
If your cancellation is received prior to the balance due date (60 days prior to trip departure), your payment is refundable less a non refundable booking fee of $50 per person. After the balance due date, there will be no refunds or credits given for cancellations.

Ocoee Adventure Travel reserves the right to cancel any trip due to insufficient sign-up for a particular week, weather flow, or for safety reasons. In the event of cancellation by OAT, a full refund of payments on land costs will be given. OAT is not responsible for additional expenses incurred by trip members such as airline tickets or personal equipment.
