A representative from Ocoee Adventure Travel will contact you within 48 business hours to start planning your custom Costa Rica itinerary. Once your itinerary has been approved and finalized by you, a 50% deposit is required per person within 7 days of booking your trip. This payment can be made by credit card, cashiers check or personal checks. If reservations are made within 60 days of departure date payment in full is required at the time of booking.

Ocoee Adventure Travel Cancellation and Refund Policy Please make sure you understand cancellation policy: If your cancellation is received prior to the balance due date, (60 days prior to trip departure) there is a non refundable fee of $50 per person. After the balance due date there will be no refunds or credits given for cancellations.
Ocoee Adventure Travel reserves the right to cancel any trip due to insufficient sign-up for a particular week, weather flow, or for safety reasons. In the event of cancellation by OAT, a full refund of payments on land costs will be given. OAT is not responsible for additional expenses incurred by trip members such as airline tickets or personal equipment.
