50% Trip Deposit
A representative from Ocoee Adventure Travel will contact you within 48 business hours to assist you in planning your Costa Rica tour. Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit per person, which is due 7 days after reservations have been placed. Payment may be with cashiers check, credit card or personal check. Final payment of the entire balance must be received in our office 60 days prior to departure. If not received, reservations will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited. If reservations are made with less than 60 days, full payment is due at the time of reservation.

Ocoee Adventure Travel Cancellation and Refund Policy
Please make sure you understand the cancellation policy: If your cancellation is received prior to the balance due date, (60 days prior to trip departure) there is a non refundable fee of $50 per person. After the balance due date there will be no refunds or credits given for cancellations.

Ocoee Adventure Travel reserves the right to cancel any trip due to insufficient sign-up for a particular week, weather flow, or for safety reasons. In the event of cancellation by OAT, a full refund of payments on land costs will be given. OAT is not responsible for additional expenses incurred by trip members such as airline tickets or personal equipment.
